About these terms
These terms apply when you use the WOVEN MUSE website or order a piece from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm availability, price and timing.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Handmade pieces
Every piece is handwoven, so small variations in colour, texture and weave are part of its character, not a flaw. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Pieces are made in limited runs, so availability is only guaranteed once your order is confirmed.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.
Our content
WOVEN MUSE designs, logos, text and photography belong to WOVEN MUSE or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Changes to these terms
