What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share. When you send an enquiry or email us, we receive:

- The piece you're interested in and your message
- Details needed to complete an order, such as sizing and delivery address
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm availability
- To prepare and deliver your order
- To send updates only if you've asked for them
We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only when needed to serve you: our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), payment providers and delivery partners, each only for completing your order.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order details only as long as needed to look after your order and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@wovenmuse.com.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and images from third-party image hosts, which may receive basic technical information such as your IP address.
